Day 16: Plyometrics
Ahhh, day 16. P90x Plyometrics. Starting to get a little easier. Well. I shouldn't say easy since none of this workout is easy, maybe just a little more do-able since my legs are now getting used to it somewhat. You can always increase the intensity by getting lower in your squats with this workout. I woke up a little sore this morning from painting the deck all day but was still able to get the plyometrics done. Just like Tony Horton say "You can do anything for 30 seconds". Funny. Try it. Then you will get it. This workout really makes you sweat. You do some jumping and twisting but I don't think I would call high impact. You land softly and there are modified moves if you are having joint problems.
