Day 83: P90X Kenpo X




Day 83. P90X Kenpo X. Well I finally figured out how to make Kenpo X more difficult. Stay out til 6am drinking beer and then wake up and do Kenpo X. I was dragging today but it is my own fault. Man! If we could find a way to get beer on the nutrition plan it would really be perfect.(kidding) You really have to choose. A 6 pack you can see or a 6 pack you can taste. That's a toughy. Well hopefully I sweat enough today to get it all out of my system only to go to a wedding tonight. Hmmmm. Wonder what I'll be drinking there. Like I said in earlier posts. I follow the nutrition plan about 90% of the time and when I don't it's usually beer so I don't feel guilty. Keep "Bringing It"
