Day 41: P90x Kenpo X




Day 41. P90x Kenpo X. Well I had to improvise today. I only had a half hour to squeeze in a work out today since we are getting ready for a party tonight. I did some work on the heavy bag, kicks and punches. Did some lunges, arm curls, pushups and some jumping jacks. Kept moving for about 30 minutes. I know I will get plenty of carbs in today.(beer,hot dogs, hamburgers)
