
Ahhhhh. Day 24 of P90x. Today was Kenpo X. Some good cardio today! Felt like a little mini break from all of the pull ups, push ups, squats etc. This workout will give you a chance to recoup a little bit but is still a great cardio workout.
Not too much to talk about today. I'm sure there will be plenty at the start of next week since everything changes.
