Day 34: P90x Kenpo X




Day 34 of P90x is Kenpo X. Well my Redwings played like crap and lost game 7. There will be no cup hoisting for them. Very dissappointing. Now I had to do Kenpo X with a bit of a hang over. Good thing it's not that difficult but I will tell you one thing. My legs are really sore from yesterday. It was tough to lift them to do the kicks. I used dumbells for pretty much all of the lunges and squats yesterday and I'm really feeling it today. Hamstrings and glutes. Ouch!
